Refund policy

SunGlow is a brand of AJV Ventures LLC. We want you to love your lamp, and if it isn't right for you, we make returns simple.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. This applies to every product in our store, including items bought at a discounted or promotional price.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned with all included parts (lamp, remote control, and cable) in its original packaging. Please keep your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at avelazquez@ajvv.org with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day. If your return is approved, we'll email you the return address and step-by-step packing instructions, plus a prepaid return shipping label if your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address we provide.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Packages returned without an approved return request can't be accepted.

Return shipping costs

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, SunGlow pays the full cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at avelazquez@ajvv.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've inspected it, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the credit to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, contact us at avelazquez@ajvv.org.
