SunGlow is a brand of AJV Ventures LLC. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order to a US address. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5-11 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed; carrier delays can occasionally add a few days, especially during peak seasons.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your package until it arrives. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
